Privacy Policy

• Account details: name, age, gender, city, phone number and email.
• Profile and preference information you choose to share for matchmaking.
• Job applications: your answers, contact details and introduction video.
• Payment records: transaction reference, amount and status. We never store full card numbers.
• Basic technical data such as device type and pages visited, used to keep the service working.

To create your account, suggest matches, process payments and refunds, answer support requests, review job applications, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations in Bangladesh.

Other members see only the profile details you agree to share when we make an introduction. We share limited data with the service providers who run our hosting, database, email and payment processing, strictly to deliver the service. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.

Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 12 months after closure. Job applications are kept for 12 months. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Data is stored on access-controlled servers, videos and applications are held in private storage, and access is limited to the small team that needs it.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, or have your account and data deleted. Write to hello@hiaunty.com or call +8801952987722 (Sunday–Thursday, 10:00–18:00 (GMT+6)) and we will respond within 30 days.

The service is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

If this policy changes we update this page and the date shown above. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated policy.
