Return & Refund Policy

Once a refund is approved, the amount is returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. Your bank or mobile wallet may take a little longer to display the credit.

• Duplicate or accidental charges.
• A paid feature that was charged but not delivered to your account.
• A subscription cancelled within 7 days of purchase where the service was not used.

• Introductions already delivered or matches already shared with you.
• Accounts removed for breaking our Terms and Conditions.
• Requests made after the subscription period has ended.

Our service is digital, so there is nothing to ship back. If we ever send a physical item, delivery takes 5 days inside Dhaka and 10 days outside Dhaka, and returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery in unused condition.
