About the role
Aunty Matchmaker is launching in Bangladesh, and the feed is where the first thousand real users will find us. You will be the face and voice of Aunty online: scripting, filming, and posting short-form video that actually lands with Bangladeshi audiences, jumping on trends within days, and building a following of people who feel like this app was finally made for them.
What you'll do
- Script, film, and edit 3-5 short-form videos per week for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Spot trends in Bengali internet culture and turn them into content within days
- Grow and engage the Aunty community in comments, DMs, and group chats
- Work directly with the founders on the content calendar and campaign ideas
- Report weekly on reach, signups, and what is working
What we're looking for
- You already make content — a personal account, a club page, or a portfolio of work we can watch
- Fluent in Bangla and English, and comfortable on camera
- Strong instincts for South Asian humour, dating culture, and what makes a video get shared
- Based in Dhaka
- Self-directed: you ship without being chased
Nice to have
- Editing skills in CapCut, Premiere, or similar
- An existing audience of any size
- Experience with social media marketing or brand campaigns
